We are very proud of our food and are lucky to have a very good team in our kitchen most of whom have been with us for some time. Headed by Richard, John, Allan and Andy Slash, Danuta 7 Beata not to mention the dream team of our Caroline and the omnipresent Jambo Mac!
Like all good places nowadays we keep all our ingredients fresh with locally sourced produce including West Coast seafood from Pieroni’s with lamb and beef from internationally renowned butcher Sorn Mains Farm. Our dry goods, softs and spirits come from Dunns, a family business steeped in tradition, quality and service and our Wines from the fantastic Alexanders Wines.
In the mornings, the smell of freshly ground coffee is from Carrarro who import their beans from Italy and provide us with, in our opinion, undoubtedly the best coffee beans available on the planet. Taste it to believe it! You can also treat yourself to quite simply the most mouthwatering tray bakes available from the outstanding They Bake.
